When Service Exceeds Expectations 🚀
A relatively new client emailed me this morning asking for some news to be added to their custom-coded static HTML site – and wanted to know the pricing and turnaround time.
One hour later, I replied:
✅ The change was already made
✅ There’s no charge
✅ Here’s the direct link to view it, straight from this email
Why no charge?
Because I host their site — and I include minor updates like this in the service. No ticketing systems, no back-and-forth, no surprises.
Their response?
“Thanks for that Coby. You have exceeded expectations for speed and price.”
That’s the kind of client experience I aim to deliver every time – simple, responsive, and valuable.
📌 Web developers should produce quality work as well as care. It’s about relationships, not transactions.
