Why We Help.

I started AmbroTech with one simple goal: to make IT support and software feel as easy and accessible as a Netflix subscription. Far too many sole traders and tiny teams told me they thought they were “too small” to deserve proper support, which was honestly a bit heartbreaking. Good, human tech help shouldn’t be a luxury reserved for companies with boardrooms and coffee machines.

AmbroTech exists to change that. By combining expertise in web, IT and software development under one roof, we can tie systems together neatly, automate the boring bits and deliver genuinely useful tools without racking up huge internal costs. That means small businesses get the kind of service, integration and reliability usually reserved for firms ten times their size, all without the eye-watering price tag.

In short, we help people because they deserve great tech just as much as anyone else and we’re really quite good at making it happen; Just take a look at our reviews!

Our Contributions.

We became a partner of The Gloucestershire Rural Community Council in September 2025. They provide tech help for free to the community through digitial drop-ins, webinars, training sessions and 1-2-1 support either in-house or through their partners of which we are one.

We regularly attend meetings at the GRCC to see how we can bridge the gap between paper and screen for many charities and community-interest companies.

We are official resellers and experts in 20i Technologies. They provide both shared and dedicated web servers, IMAP email hosting, WordPress tools, some software licenses, domain names and more.

We’re proud to be selling this tech because of their ongoing commitments to a cleaner earth. Through their partnerships and contributions, they can boast 100% renewable energy is being used for our servers.

Our Inspirations.

As many of you may know, my parents were separated and my Dad sadly passed away in November 2021 shortly followed by my Mum in February the next year. I was very lucky to have an accomodating workplace and good friends and family around to fight through the tough period. Truth be told, their influence on me is prominent in how AmbroTech runs today.

Mum was a very nurturing person, always volunteering at nurseries and playgroups as well as raising us to keep our corner of the world a happy, smiley place and to help people – I’m sure you can see the parallels there!

My Dad had a great business mind and we had a couple ventures ourselves when I was younger which taught me about negotiation, efficient communication and when needed… some astute assertion.
