Have you seen this New Outlook feature?

When people with calendars and booking systems try to communicate and collaborate using their differing systems, there can be many mismatching/misformatting/unsupported issues that arise. The universal solution to this has been .ICS files which are a standardised way of sharing calendar information such as events, appointments, to-dos etc.

I’ve always found the process clunky to download an ICS attachment to my computer, open my calendar in Outlook, click Add Calendar, click Import from file… Blah blah you’re already forgetting the first step right?
