But what the heck does that mean?
Far too many local businesses are using personal/domestic email addresses such as @outlook.com, @gmail.com which comes with its’ own host of issues but today we’re talking about your Microsoft 365 email addresses.
Your business likely started as a solopreneurship and then scaled and grew to the comfortable size it is now. Along the way, you picked up new team members and they took on their own email addresses but were you careful to choose an email address format which worked and stuck to it?
E.g. All AmbroTech contractors and employees have an email address of [email protected] and if there exists 2 users with the same nickname, we’ll just use their first name or another nickname of theirs. Other businesses prefer [email protected] which is also nice and uniform.
