I caught the bus this week instead of my usual motorbike or car journey to the office. It made me think about just how much tech is being used everywhere around the clock and how little we understand it. I’ve known plenty of people, usually of the older generation who refuse contactless payments or online banking simply because they don’t trust it or know how secure it is.
