These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the provision of web hosting services by AmbroTech Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to you, the client (“you”, “your”), as referenced in your signed agreement, service order, or ongoing subscription.
By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
1.1 Web Hosting
- We provide shared and reseller-based web hosting services via trusted third-party infrastructure (e.g. 20i).
- Hosting services include web space, email accounts, SSL certificates, DNS management, and technical support as per your package.
- Daily backups are included with most plans, but you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own data backups.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate hosting accounts in cases of excessive resource usage, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
2. Service Levels and Support
- Standard Support Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (excluding UK public holidays).

- Service Availability:
We aim for 99.9% uptime across our hosting platforms, excluding scheduled maintenance or external outages. - Emergency Issues:
Security breaches or service outages will be prioritised, but response times are not guaranteed unless covered under a specific SLA.
3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)
You agree not to use our services for:
- Hosting or distributing malware, spam, phishing content, or illegal materials
- Hosting adult content, high-risk gambling sites, or prohibited content as defined by UK law or hosting provider policy
- Activities that impact server performance, including excessive CPU/RAM/disk/bandwidth usage
- Violating any third-party rights or laws
Breaches of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
4. Data Protection and Privacy
- We comply with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
- We process data only for the purpose of providing our services and managing client relationships.
- You are the Data Controller for data on your hosting account, and responsible for ensuring its lawful use.

5. Payment Terms
- Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless otherwise agreed.
- Web hosting services may be suspended if payment is overdue by more than 30 days.
- Unpaid invoices beyond 30 days may be subject to interest under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
6. Service Suspension and Termination
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- You violate our AUP
- You fail to pay invoices within 30 days of due date
- You are abusive or threatening to our staff
- Termination will result in deletion of data and cancellation of related services.
- If a terminated service is later reinstated, an administration fee of up to £250 may be charged.
7. Intellectual Property and Licensing
- Open-source or third-party components are licensed under their own terms.
- You may not resell or redistribute our hosting services unless you are on a reseller plan.
8. Limitation of Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of 3 months of service fees paid.
- We are not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Data loss caused by your own actions or third-party tools
- Downtime or delays caused by external infrastructure or providers
- Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, personal injury, or death caused by negligence.
9. Amendments and Notices
- These Terms may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website or sent directly to clients.
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be handled in the jurisdiction of the English courts.
